It's okay to look // 2014
"Kristen Vermilyea wants you to look at her breasts. She’s giving you permission. Go ahead. Now that that’s out of the way, let’s talk about why we separate people – especially women – into parts and what happens when we do. Hint: it’s not good. Kristen’s talk combines humor, personal observations and research to shed light on such topics as objectification, identity and the very real dangers of reducing a body to fragments."
